Potetsalat
6 kokte, kalde poteter
2 epler
1 dl purre, finstrimlet
1 beger kesam (3 dl)
1/2 dl melk
2 ss sennep
1/2 ts salt
1 ts sukker
1 krm pepper
Bland sammen sausen. Rør ned poteter, epler og purre. La stå kaldt ei stund før servering.
